Yogurt is fine now, and so is cottage cheese and other milk products. But you just have to watch you arent feeding too much, and dont give full milk as a drink until he is 1.

there really is no age you just gradually add more to the bottle when the baby wants more.
I never jumped from 4 to 8. When 4 wasn’t enough, then i upped it to 5 and so on.
